"Decent templates, but I wish there were more shapes!!"
I use Lucidchart when I need to throw together quick diagrams, and overall it gets the job done!! That said, the templates and shape libraries feel a little hit or miss. Some of the templates look kind of outdated or just aren’t that useful for what I need, and I end up spending more time than expected trying to find the right shapes. It works fine, but for the price, I was really hoping for more options and better organization.

"Works with the tools I actually use"
So far, the integrations have worked smoothly with most of the tools I use day to day. I had to tweak a couple settings, but nothing major. Small win for me: I finally got everything connected without needing to bug our tech person, which felt great.

"Nice diagrams, but ownership gets confusing"
The diagrams themselves are good, and the shapes work fine for the most part. The connectors can get fiddly and annoying, though. What also bothers me is that it’s not always clear who owns what or who’s responsible for fixing issues, so when something goes wrong, it feels like you’re left guessing.

"Sharing with my team was way more annoying than expected"
I don’t know, sharing diagrams and comments with teammates just felt way harder than it needed to be. Like, I’d think someone had access, then they’d message me again saying they couldn’t open it, and then I’d be back in the permissions trying to figure out what setting I missed. It wasn’t impossible, just kind of frustrating and messy, especially when we were trying to actually get work done together

"Misleading and way too confusing"
I found this really frustrating to use. The wording made it sound like it would be simple, but once I actually tried it, everything felt confusing and unclear. It definitely wasn’t as easy as advertised

"A bit too expensive for what I expected"
The pricing just felt way too high for me. And the billing... I don’t know, it was kind of confusing to figure out. I had to stop and double-check things more than once, which got frustrating quickly.

"I’ve been trying to use Lucidchart for work..."
I’ve been trying to use Lucidchart for work, but it’s been really frustrating. Pages take way too long to load, and sometimes it just freezes right in the middle of editing. I’ve lost changes more than once, which is the part that makes me go, how is this okay? For something I’m supposed to rely on for work, it really doesn’t feel reliable enough.
