I signed up for their advertised £8 per month plan, expecting a single user subscription. However, they unexpectedly charged £400 from my account for a full year of team subscription. As a sole trader with no plans of forming a team, this situation is quite disappointing. It's unfortunate because the product itself is excellent. Unfortunately, they do not have a refund policy in place.

Absolutely disgusting. Not only did they charge me for an entire year despite canceling my subscription, but they are also the worst thieves on the internet. They are shamelessly stealing the hard-earned money of countless students, myself included. I strongly advise against using this platform.
